Investing on our people is absolutely fundamental to us

Our people, alongside our clients, have been our top priority since Cosine was founded in 2005. Just three years on, in 2008, we celebrated our first Investors in People Accreditation. Fast forward to 2022 and we couldn’t be prouder to announce that, not only have we continued to receive these awards but, our investment has been recognised through the award of the prestigious Investors in People Gold Standard.

IIP, a widely renowned standard, independently assesses how well businesses develop and lead their people and the Gold Standard is only expected to be awarded to the top two percentile of businesses assessed. This means that IIP recognise our standards as being up there with the very best in the UK.

Our assessment scored Cosine as ‘high performing’ (the very top rating) in a number of categories that are really important to us; such as empowerment, encouraging high performance, collaboration and motivation. At Cosine we believe these areas directly impact how well our teams perform – and that’s not just great for us, it’s fantastic for our clients.

Our IIP Assessor summed up our award by saying, “The results painted a consistent picture of an organisation that has capable and trustworthy leaders, strong and embedded DNA and an empowering and involving culture. There is a fantastic level of energy about the business and everyone is keen to put in 110% to deliver the targets.”
